Merchandise Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Royal Lashionista purchase. If in the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer's control, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days the product is nonrefundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.

To receive a refund for a defective product, the customer must return the product FIRST. If we do not receive the original product, a refund, exchange, or store credit will NOT be issued.

All returns will be managed on a case by case basis and must have prior authorization to be refunded or exchanged.

If you simply wish to return or exchange unused and unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Royal Lashionista, LLC is not responsible for these types of return shipment fees.

Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at the warehouse. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Any refunds for items purchased within gift sets are not accepted separately. All gifts or collection sets must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund. If your order is returned after 30 days, it is nonrefundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Packages returned back to Royal Lashionista, LLC due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
